May Committed Club ☀️💪

If there was ever a month full of reasons to skip the gym, May was it.

Graduation parties. End-of-school celebrations. Weddings. Cookouts. Vacations. Events galore.

We know this month wasn't easy to get done, but our members found a way anyway.

They showed up before the party. They squeezed in workouts between commitments. They stayed consistent when their schedules were anything but.

That's what the Committed Club is all about—not perfection, but finding a way to keep moving forward.

Congratulations to everyone who made the cut this month 👏🔥 Your consistency is paying off, and it's showing.

Happy Memorial Day!

Today we remember the men and women who gave their lives for our freedom. We don’t take that lightly.

And to every lab rat, guest, friend, spouse, and first-timer who showed up for Murph today…y’all showed up and got after it.

Full Murph, half Murph, scaled, partitioned, no vest, weighted vest, running, rowing, modifying — it all counted.

The gym was full of exactly what makes enduraLAB special. Hard work. Sweat. People cheering each other on. People finishing together.

If you missed it, you missed a good one.
