Celebrating 25 years of Pure Barre strong hits different in this 90-minute, all-format fusion class designed to leave you sweaty (and smiling). Featuring ALL of the Pure Barre essentials–dynamic choreography, power-driven weight training, luxurious stretches, and plenty of form-focused isometrics–this Focus class delivers a muscular endurance and strength-heavy workout only the way that Pure Barre can.

We are 25 years strong, and in this class, you are 90-minutes stronger.

Laura earned her master’s degree in early childhood education and Kasia earned her bachelor’s degree in computer science this past weekend - we could not be more proud of their hard work!!

These two rockstar sales reps are heading onto their next adventure… sadly in Dallas😭 first as longtime clients next as team members, they have been such an amazing part of our PBFW community during their time at TCU. This week we’ll be featuring the OG Pure Barre class format🤩 Pure Barre Classic™

Our proprietary technique is the fastest, most effective low-impact, full-body barre workout using a ball, light hand weights, and a resistance double tube. For 50 minutes, you will be guided through a series of low-impact, high-intensity isometric movements designed to improve your flexibility while strengthening and toning your body.

: From walking into the studio as a client in 2012, to managing, teaching, and now owning, Pure Barre has been with me through every season. Throughout those years, Pure Barre has been my constant through many life stages: a newly engaged young professional, a cross-country move where it became my community, three pregnancies, and “me time” as a working mom of three young girls.

It has given me a profound respect for the longevity of this workout and its ability to support a woman’s body through every stage of life, meeting her where she is while continuing to challenge her to grow.
