Thank you, Cowtown, for a fabulous weekend of racing!! Our team participated in each event except the half marathon this year, earning top marks in each event!

And when not running, we had team members volunteering in a variety of ways: running with a school team, picking up an elite runner from the airport, working a booth, and assisting in the elite finisher tent.

Our group owes so much to the Cowtown Marathon organizers and volunteers for their support over the years, thank you!

5K:

Neringa did it again! This weekend, she participated in The Raven 24-Hr endurance race - a 24 hour feat on the track!

She ran so well for the first 50km (came thru about 3:27-3:28), which is incredible! Excited to see her do it again this weekend at Cowtown.

The crew blew through Dallas by storm, nothing like some good city-rivalry to promise fast times! Despite Sunday’s courses being a touch long, the team had incredible results. Way to go!

CIM 2023 was one for the books. Three of our athletes ventured out to Sacramento with big goals and big hearts. Memories were made, tears were shed, and races were completed.

It was a great day for racing in Indianapolis this weekend! Three teammates ran incredible times!

Kicking us off was Amani who raced the half marathon, finishing with a fast 1:25:39.

Luciana has been training hard all summer, and she ran an impressive 2:53:30 and placed as one of the top masters finishers.

And Crystal is baaaaacccckkkkk! After about a year of change and training, she returned with an awesome negative split race, closing with 3:08:23!

Three of our teammates raced in Bossier City, LA, over the weekend at the Heroes Run! And they did AMAZING!

Taylor ran a PR, breaking that 1:17 barrier! Gabi was right behind her, literally, finding one second after her!

And Neringa won the master’s division, way to go!

Our girl Cait went for it yesterday at the Chicago Marathon, and we are so proud of her. Her first World Major! She’s just getting started 💪

She finished with 2:46:18, placing 21st in her age group at a stacked race.

🎃 The annual Tour des Fleurs race at the Dallas Arboretum is always a blast! 🌸

Many, many kudos to Luciana and Caitlin for their impressive runs last weekend around White Rock. These two ladies are both training for fall marathons and were using this race as a fun benchmark.
