Huge congratulations to Fox Fitness member Micah Cobb on earning a Texas State Record in bench press with 203.93 lbs! 🔥

And a huge shoutout to Joel for coaching Micah and helping her prepare for this moment. There’s nothing better than seeing hard work, great coaching, and consistency pay off!
