In my opinion, I think there are 3 Rangers who deserve to be all-stars this year! Josh Jung, Ezequiel Duran, and Jacob Latz! In my mind, there is no doubt the Rangers would not be in the same spot without the performance of these 3 guys through this point of the season!

Leiter’s development has progressed well this year. Tonight was not his night, especially in that 4-run 5th inning he wasn’t able to get out of! Offense isn’t helping anything either! 5-0 Guardians!

A 3-run 6th inning was all the Rangers needed! Rangers take the opener 3-2!

HELLO WIN COLUMN! The Rangers used a three-run sixth inning, fueled by home runs from Kyle Higashioka and Corey Seager, to rally past Cleveland and take Game 1 of the series, 3–2.

Trailing 2–0 against a pitcher who had been cruising, Higashioka jump-started the comeback with a 428-foot blast to left field. Seager followed with a two-run home run in his return to the lineup, giving Texas a lead they would not relinquish.

The Rangers' first-inning struggles continued as Kumar Rocker surrendered another leadoff home run. However, he settled in and worked through five innings, striking out five while allowing six hits and one walk. Former Ranger Austin Hedges drove in Cleveland's only other run in the fourth inning.

Game 2 is scheduled for tomorrow at 6:35 p.m. Jack Leiter will take the mound as the Rangers look to secure the series victory.
