A huge congratulations to our Fierce 12U National and Fierce 14U teams on winning their NTBL Summer League Championships!

What makes this accomplishment even more impressive is that both teams chose to challenge themselves during the final week by playing up a division and finished with a hard-fought 1-1 record.

This summer wasn't just about wins and championship, it was about growth, development, and learning to compete at a higher level. These girls embraced every challenge, improved each week, and represented the Fierce standard the right way.

We are incredibly proud of our players, coaches, and families for their commitment and dedication throughout the season.

Makinley is in her first year in the program and has already made a positive impact with her effort and attitude. She plays with a lot of heart, competes hard every time she steps on the court, and is always willing to do whatever the team needs.

One of Makinley's biggest strengths is how quickly she learns. She listens, applies coaching, and continues to improve every time she steps in the gym.

Her future is bright, and we're excited to watch her continue to grow both as a player and as a teammate.

Next up in our Player Spotlight Series is Aubrey Ayala!

Aubrey is a 4th-year member of the Fierce family and has continued to elevate her game year after year. Currently a 2-year varsity player at Byron Nelson High School, she has established herself as one of the leaders of our program both on and off the court.

This summer, Aubrey has been the leading scorer for our 16U E40 team, consistently putting pressure on defenses with her ability to score at all three levels. Whether it's attacking the basket, knocking down the mid-range jumper, or connecting from beyond the arc, she finds ways to impact the game offensively.

Aubrey also leads the team in steals, showcasing her relentless effort, defensive instincts, and ability to create opportunities in transition.

Her work ethic, competitiveness, and leadership continue to set the standard for those around her.

Next up in our Player Spotlight series is Brooklyn Monroe!

A 4th-year member of the program and one of the original Fierce girls, Brooklyn has been a huge part of our growth and success from the very beginning.

This past season, Brooklyn started every varsity game for Saginaw High School, averaging 15 points and 9 rebounds per game while earning District Newcomer of the Year and 1st Team All-District honors.

She is ranked among the Top 20 players in the state by multiple ranking services and continues to establish herself as one of the premier players in her class.
Brooklyn is a high-level player who can score from all three levels with ease. Whether it's attacking the basket, pulling up from mid-range, or knocking down shots from deep, she has the ability to impact the game in a variety of ways. Her work ethic, competitiveness, and basketball IQ separate her from the crowd.

We're proud of everything she has accomplished and can't wait to see what the future holds.

Sofia is in her second year with the Fierce program and continues to be a key piece of our 16U E40 team. A varsity player at Byron Nelson High School, Sofia is the floor general who keeps everything running smoothly.

With a high basketball IQ, outstanding court vision, and an excellent shooting touch, Sofia has a unique ability to control the pace of the game. She consistently makes reads and delivers passes that most players don't even see, creating opportunities for her teammates and making everyone around her better.

A true point guard who understands the game at a high level, Sofia's leadership, decision-making, and unselfish play make her an invaluable part of our program.

Meyer brings a fun personality to every practice and game. Her sense of humor keeps her teammates laughing and helps create a positive team environment. On the court, she is a strong rebounder who isn't afraid to battle for every loose ball and second-chance opportunity.
