Take the leap!

Have you ever had a goal that just seemed impossible, so you gave up before you even had a chance to try to reach it? Or how about trying to change a bad habit, then realizing that it was too difficult to make the change?

We have ALL been there and we ALL have stories to tell. This is where sharing your goals with another person who you can rely on really helps.

Tell others what your goals are and ask them to help you. If they tell you that they WILL help, then use their support and encouragement to reach your goals. If they tell you that it will be too difficult, then lose their negative feedback and cut them free to eliminate anything holding you back from reaching your goals.
