I have been practicing martial arts since 1990. As a 19 year old I began in karate. As a 40 year old and 3 months pregnant I got my 3rd degree black. At that point, I began Krav Maga to add a different perspective. At 49, I achieved level 8 in that system. Now at the age of 52 I have begun another chapter in my martial art career. I achieved two stripes in white belt in bjj. This one is harder with more life responsibilities and less time. I feel a completeness with this. The journey continues. Tell me about yours.

This Saturday, June 3, Women Only Training. 6 hours for $160.

This is hands on training. We learn to strike, learn to defend from ground. Learn to defend in a home environment and workplace. And at the end we debrief with a barbecue.
