One thing the Solheim Cup USA team needs to get used to: bikes.

Not just riding them, but avoiding them. Even on the sidewalks, to Vice Captain Kristy McPherson’s surprise 🚲

Fans and staff have the opportunity to bike to Bernardus Golf each day, though the rainy weather forecast may deter some of the visiting spectators. Bus shuttles are available as well.

While data still plays a significant role in Solheim Cup prep and ex*****on, U.S. Team Captain Angela Stanford turns toward the “gut and eyeballs” now that the week is finally here.

Emotions are heightened, the women are playing on a team versus individually, Bernardus Golf-specific course management takes on more meaning, players make requests - all of these factors are going through Stanford’s mind as she watches practice rounds and finalizes her pairings.

Can you beat your fellow fans in a friendly competition?

The Solheim Cup’s Golf Zone is open to all ages (with adult and child leaderboards). Fans can tee off among the first tee crowds, chip over water, hit bunker shots and conquer a crazy putt. The more points you get, the better chance you have of winning the prize at the end of each day!

Don’t forget to get your scorecard stamped at each station so your name can be added to the leaderboard. Good luck!
