In 2022, FWAHA initiated the Komets Legends Fund, an assistance program to make youth hockey more accessible for participants who demonstrate a financial need.

Applications are now available for the 2026-2027 season!

Key Dates:
May 31, 2026 – Applications Due
June 29, 2026 – Board Review
July 7, 2026 – Decisions communicated to applicants

🏒🥅HIGH SCHOOL HOCKEY TRYOUT REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!🥅🏒

Registration for High School Hockey Tryouts is officially open as of April 1st — and so is USA Hockey Registration for the 2026/2027 season!

💥 Pricing:
✅ Early Bird Discount: $50
📅 April 1 – April 30

✅ Regular Registration: $75
📅 May 1 – May 28 (end of tryouts)

How to Register:
1️⃣ Go to www.FWAHA.org
2️⃣ Click the Register tab at the top
3️⃣ Click the USA Registration link and get your 2026/2027 USA Hockey number (opens in a new window)
4️⃣ Go back to the registration window and click the High School Tryout Registration link
5️⃣ Follow the prompts all the way through checkout
