Cabeen’s Dupont Taekwondo

We use Tae Kwon Do to teach core life skills such as responsibility, discipline, respect while at the same time we are strengthening the body on a daily basis.

Unlike other sports we workout the whole body, improve flexibility and cardio output. Also unlike other sports you can join this at any age with training and dedication you are able to compete at a high level.

🏆 HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to our District Championships Competitors!! 🏆

Our students brought their absolute best to the 2026 District Championships and we couldn’t be more proud!

This incredible group came home with 43 total medals — including 17 District Championship titles! 🥇

But medals only tell part of the story. The thing that made us most proud was the way our students showed up for each other and for their fellow competitors. The sportsmanship, encouragement, and class you all displayed in and out of the ring is what truly defines our studio!

🎓 Congratulations to Ms. Mady Smith, 2026 graduate of Bishop Dwenger High School! 🎓

Ms. Smith graduated with honors, and as a proud member of the National Honor Society. She was involved in multiple school groups and activities, and completed countless hours of community service for her school, as well as our studio.

Ms. Smith has been involved in Martial Arts since she was 6 years old, and joined our studio in 2020. During her time with us, she not only achieved her own personal goals of earning her 3rd Degree Black Belt and multiple State Champion titles, but as an instructor, she has also helped inspire and shape the lives of our students, encouraging them to also reach for their goals.

This fall, Ms. Smith heads to Western Michigan University to study Digital Media and Journalism. While we’ll miss her energy, dedication, and smile around the studio, we couldn’t be more excited for her next chapter in life!

Ms. Smith, thank you for the example you set and the lives you’ve touched here! Good luck at WMU — we’ll be cheering you on every step of the way! 🥋💛🤎
