Established in 1977, the Fort Wayne Running Club is your local RRCA-affiliated running club, promoting health and fitness through the sport of running and walking. This is a group of volunteers based in the Fort Wayne area with a passion for promoting health and fitness through the sport of running!

Join us for Tread the Trails on Thursday September 3rd, 6:00 p.m. at Buckner Park 6114 Bass Rd, Fort Wayne.
Come prepared with water, although there may be water provided. Tread the Trails is designed with all ability levels in mind and is family-friendly. There will be an out and back 5k and 1 mile course planned with volunteers from the FWRC to guide you and a sweeper to ensure no one is lost or gets left behind.

🏃‍♀️ 52 YEARS OF THE PARLOR CITY TROT! 🏃‍♂️

Ready for a flat, fast course with a little bit of everything? Our next points race, Parlor City Trot, is coming up Saturday, September 5 at 7:30 AM in Bluffton!

Choose your distance:
🏅 Half Marathon — FWRC Points Series race and counts toward Ironrunner status
🏅 10K & 5K — Count toward Ironstrider status

The course winds through the streets of Bluffton, Ouabache State Park, and along the Wabash River on the scenic River Greenway. Flat + fast + beautiful scenery = a great way to kick off your Labor Day weekend!

The Half Marathon has a 4-hour time limit, and an early start is available for those who need a little extra time. Contact the race director to make arrangements.

You’re already going to be at F4F packet pickup on Friday, September 25. Why not join your friends and help inspire the next generation of young runners at the Fox Trot Kids Marathon? 🦊🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

We’re looking for volunteers to help with:

▪Packet pickup
▪Keeping kids and seniors on the 1.2-mile course
▪Passing out water
▪Handing out medals at the finish line 🏅

It’s an absolute blast watching these young runners cross the finish line—and as a bonus, you’ll receive a volunteer T-shirt and a concourse meal!
