The Fitness Studio Groupfit classes including aquafit. No contracts, nothing to join! Just $10 drop in fee for any class Come join us for awesome group fit classes!

Classes include Toning, Zumba Fitness, Bar Pump, Intervals, Yoga, Piyo, Bootcamp and more. All fitness instructors are certified and great at what they do. No memberships or long term commitments! Additional programs such as Personal Training, Small Private Group Sessions, Team Training/Conditioning, varrety of wellness programs, just to name a few.
