Project Ballet

Project Ballet Project Ballet provides superior ballet training for our region’s youth. We provide superior ballet training for our region’s youth ages 3-18.

Project Ballet (formerly the New American Youth Ballet) was founded in 2004 and is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. As a compliment to our outstanding ballet training, we also offer our upper level students an on-site college preparatory school, The Academic Conservatory at Project Ballet. The Conservatory serves grades 5-12, scheduling an accelerated academic curriculum around the unique needs of our dancers.

🩰 Join us in officially welcoming Kristin Naylor to our ballet faculty! 🩰

After growing up in Fort Wayne, Mrs. Naylor earned a BS in Ballet from IU’s Jacobs School, with an outside field in Art Therapy. She then spent 10 years with American Repertory Ballet, as well as performing on the Star of Indiana, and with Lustig Dance Theatre, Traverse City Dance Company, and more! She has taught and choreographed extensively throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including serving as Ballet Mistress for the Pennsylvania School of Performing Arts.

Mrs. Naylor and her husband have 4 children, and volunteer with While We’re Waiting, in memory of their daughter, Abby. Their family enjoys spending time at the family cabin in Michigan.

For the last few years Mrs. Naylor has been a frequent sub for our upper level classes. We are excited to have her take a permanent place on our faculty!
