What a great day for Hamilton Park Little League!

Our players, families, and coaches had an amazing time at the Fort Wayne TinCaps game on June 4th. It was a wonderful opportunity for our young athletes to enjoy a great game, spend time together, and make memories that will last a lifetime.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the day special, and to the Fort Wayne TinCaps for providing such a fun and exciting experience for our league. Seeing our players cheer on the hometown team and share their love of baseball was truly awesome!

🇺🇸 Memorial Day Reflections from Hamilton Park Little League⚾

This Memorial Day, we pause as a community to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice is the reason we are able to gather safely on our fields, cheer from the stands, and enjoy the simple, powerful joy of baseball together.

At Hamilton Park Little League, we are grateful for more than just the game, we are grateful for the freedom that makes these moments possible. As our players take the field, we also take a moment to reflect, remember, and give thanks.

We encourage all of our families, players, coaches, and volunteers to spend this Memorial Day honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice. 🇺🇸

There’s something special about walking onto a field filled with memories. ❤️⚾

At Hamilton Park Little League, our field proudly carries the name Beber Field — named in honor of Bob Beber, a man who dedicated so much of his life to the kids and families of our community.

Bob served as a Little League manager for an incredible 39 years at Hamilton Park and volunteered for a total of 46 years. Generations of players grew up learning the game, building confidence, and making lifelong memories because of his commitment and love for baseball.

Stories like Bob’s remind us why youth sports matter so much. It’s more than wins and losses. It’s the volunteers lining the fields, the parents cheering from the stands, the coaches giving their time after long days of work, and the community coming together to create a place where kids can belong.

Many former players can still remember the sound of the bats, the smell of the dirt after a summer rain, and the feeling of stepping onto Beber Field as a kid dreaming big. Those memories stay with us forever.

Thank you, Bob Beber, for helping build not just baseball players — but generations of community, teamwork, and heart. ⚾❤️

Last week we had the opportunity to work with Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana’s Leadership Institute students to give our concession stand and shed a fresh new look with a fresh coat of paint! ⚾🎨

We could not have done this without the hard work, dedication, and volunteer spirit of these amazing students. Thank you for investing your time into our league and community!
