How Will went from 250 lbs to 185 lbs? Here is his story⬇️
Will came to me desperate for help. He had tried working out himself but was never able to stick with it and get to his ultimate goal!
He struggled juggling having a full time job, a family, and not a whole lot of time to workout consistently each week let alone stay on top of his meal prep!
Will was fed up with being low on energy, carrying too much body fat, and not having enough lean muscle and strength! He also wanted to be able to wear certain clothing when he would go out with friends and family but being the weight he was just did not allow it!
Once I knew his lifestyle and schedule, we got right to work on a personalized workout plan and meal plan that he could stick to consistently to get him the results he had been looking for!
In the top 2 photos, Will got right on the personalized plan I made and went from 250 pounds to 230 lbs in just 12 weeks! Shedding body fat and building lean muscle in that time!
But unfortunately, Will ended up hitting a roadblock when he was told he would need shoulder surgery.
Fast forward about a year and a half later, he reached back out to me wanting to get back to work and finish the job! He had managed to keep the body fat off, but lost muscle due to not being active in the gym! So with his shoulder healed and ready to go, we got back to work on his transformation!
In the bottom 2 photos, he once again executed the personalized plan I created for him and dropped from 210 pounds to 185 pounds in 12 weeks again! Getting to his goal weight from the beginning!
Through this journey Will lost over 60 pounds and built over 10 pounds of lean muscle!
