The resistance bands come in the 3 colors you see here . They range from light , medium and heavy resistance.
Also the waist band you see comes in all sizes from
XS - 3X . I can measure you upon order to insure proper fitting 🤗💪🏾
This is a light weight training band meant to start shaping your curves in a healthy fashion . It’s breathable and isn’t meant to restrict your body or it’s movements with its special material . This is not your average waist trainer 💪🏾🙌🏾

There’s times I’ve wanted to give up, there’s times I’ve been at my best .
There’s times on one side people have been waiting for this moment for me just as long as I have and on the other side you have those that try to discourage you .
