Upper Dublin Triathlon

Upper Dublin Triathlon May 17, 2026 - Sprint distance triathlon, duathlon & aquabike, and run race options. USAT sanctioned Don't miss out on this early season race! Not a runner?

Not only for the experienced athlete, those newcomers to the sport can literally get their feet wet with this fantastic race. This race is a USAT sanctioned. Start off with a 350 meter pool swim located in the beautiful Upper Dublin Athletic Complex then head out into Fort Washington, PA for a 10.6 mile bike and 3.4 mile run. An aquabike, consisting of the 350 meter swim and 10.6 mile bike is also

offered for those athletes who choose not to include the run. Not a swimmer? Register for the duathlon and enjoy a 2 mile run followed by the 10.6 mile bike and finished off with the 3.4 mile run. Want to race with friends as a team? Sign up as a relay team!!!! There's something for everyone! EVENT CANCELLATION
There is NO race rain date. The race occurs rain or shine. In case of inclement weather, management reserves the right to cancel/alter/modify the race/course for safety concerns. In any case there will be No Refunds of race entry fees. Each athlete must accept any such risk of his/her entry fee paid. There is no complimentary race entry to a future race. All monies collected are used to develop and produce the event, including all race supplies, staffing and administration. Any decision we make to go forth with the race is based on the overall event safety.
