Bayside isn’t about one teacher or one way of practicing. We’re a group of instructors who all bring something different to the studio which means different styles, personalities, and ways of moving, and that’s what makes it fun!!!

Our Founding Teacher Partners starting with the founder is Debi, Lauren, Teela, Becky, Marketa, and Annalesa. From yoga + sculpt to Yin, Pilates, Reiki, sound healing, and more, there’s a little something for everyone.

We’re just getting started, and we’re excited to keep growing!!!including growing our instructor community. If you’re a teacher who feels like Bayside could be your kind of space, we’d love to connect.

slow down Sunday🤍

before the week starts doing the most again, take a little time to slow down.

Yin is one of those classes where you’re not rushing from one pose to the next. You’ll spend a little longer in each stretch, mostly seated or lying down, and just let your body settle into it.

Yin can help release built-up tension, improve flexibility and mobility, and give your body and mind a chance to actually slow down. Basically, less go-go-go and more time to reset.

no flexibility required, no yoga experience needed! just come as you are and take an hour for yourself.
