I will post a longer post later with stage shots, but my last bodybuilding show happened yesterday. This sport has shaped and changed me in many ways. I would never imagine the friends and memories I made along the way. I am so truly blessed with the friends and family I have. It was so humbling to hear from all the people thats reached out the last couple days, I love each and everyone of you.1st place in 35+ bodybuilding and 3rd place in the light heavyweight bodybuilding. Last arm day of this prep ,its bitter sweet, I've waited so long for this show to be here. But knowing this is the last time I take the stage, I can't help but look back on the memories I have made on this journey. I am truly blessed with the people in my corner. 5 days out

2 years between these photos, some changes in the physique for sure. But what is not seen the changes in my character and in my spirit. The road I have walked has been a heartbreaking one , but will a better father and man because of it.
