Golden Z Club invites you to the Self Defense Seminar featuring self defense instructor and certified fitness/martial arts trainer, Elton Hawkins, from the Hawkins Academy of Self Defense. This seminar will showcase different demonstrations on how students can defend themselves and get out of dangerous situations. In addition, it will help educate students on being alert and aware of their surrounding.

Date: Tuesday, March 26, 2019

Time: 12:30 PM- 2:30 PM

Place: CC 129 AB(Across from Reynolds Room in Campus Center)

Drop in's are welcome if you cannot stay the entire time- you will still learn something! Bring your friends!!
