Started the morning before daylight and had the trail to myself. 🌙🏃‍♂️
6.01 miles | 1:15:52 | 12:37/mi | 399 ft elevation

Then it was time to trade the trail shoes for dive gear. 🤿🌊
2 hours underwater | 119 ft max depth

And after a morning like that… time to refuel. 🍓🍑🫐🍇
