Gunn Park Trails

Gunn Park Trails Wooded Mountain Biking & Hiking Trails right in your back yard! Come build, ride and enjoy these trails. Trails are both existing and under construction.

Mostly wooded, non-technical trails with relatively easy climbs and descents. We've added a few technical sections that branch off the main trails. Access the trail just north of the main entrance to the park heading n

orth riding the trail counter-clockwise for the most challenging climbs. For less climbing, head south from the parking lot and find the trail head behind the caretakers house. Both trailheads will bring you back to the main parking lot. Approximately 6.7 miles.

As previously mentioned, this year’s Tri-Yak-A-Thon is part of a fundraising event called PraiseFest, for “Core Community”, a non-profit focused on empowering residents to break the cycle of poverty. A great organization that we are happy to support.

To register for this fun event please click on the link below. (The link goes thru our local Chamber of Commerce, and it’s a little clumsy, so click on the non-member tab, and disregard inquiries for your company name and title.) I’m working on details for tee shirts, so also add your shirt size(s) in the comments section. After providing your contact information, click on “Save Changes”. This will send you to a page where you’ll choose to compete solo, “Individual” or relay “Team”. (Ignore the top line. Your registration gets you a wristband for the other event activities, including the concert.)

Tri-Yak-A-Thon update. We are in the final phase of creating the registration page for the Tri-Yak-A-Thon.

We're BACK! Tri-Yak-A-Thon October 24th!

5k trail run, followed by 5k river paddle, followed by 10k trail ride. Do it solo or as a relay team.
