The new sod is down, and now the real work begins!

For the next few weeks, the new creeping bentgrass needs time to heal and grow roots into the soil underneath. Right now, those roots are just getting started, so keeping traffic off the green is extremely important.

Over the next 4–5 weeks, maintenance will be carefully watering, monitoring the roots, and gradually working the green back into shape.

The green may look ready before it actually is, so please continue to completely avoid Hole 11 while it establishes itself!
