We would like to express our deepest gratitude for yesterday! It was an amazing turnout and such a beautiful tribute to Mitchy. ❤️

We truly cannot thank everyone who helped make the day so special — and especially Buffalo Alice — enough. Your generosity, support, and love mean more than you know.

We are so blessed and reminded once again that this place truly takes a village… and we are so lucky to have the most amazing village. ❤️

Tonight, Thrill Hills will be closed for a wedding as we celebrate a new union and another special chapter in someone’s life. 💍🥂

❤️ Remembering Mitchy ❤️

Hey everyone, just a reminder that tonight is Mitch’s visitation from 6:00–7:00 PM, followed by the prayer service at 7:00 PM at Trinity Lutheran Church.

The funeral service is tomorrow, Friday, August 14th, at 2:00 PM.

Following the service, we invite everyone out to Thrill Hills starting at 5:00 PM to celebrate Mitch’s life and enjoy the Buffalo Alice Band. ❤️

There will be food available with a free-will donation, along with 2 kegs of Busch Light, also available for a free-will donation. All donations will go to the Hoenhause family.

Come out, share some memories, enjoy some music, and celebrate the life of Mitchy. ❤️

We hope to see you all at the Hill.

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of one of our owners, Mitch Hoenhause (“Mitchy”).

This has completely devastated not only his family, but our entire community. Mitchy was loved by so many. He loved his family more than anything, loved life, and loved having a good time with the people around him.

To celebrate Mitch, we invite everyone to join us in honoring his life following his funeral on Friday, August 14th, at Thrill Hills.

We are incredibly grateful to Buffalo Alice, who has generously donated their time to perform from 6:00 PM to 9:00PM in Mitchy’s memory. Their kindness, along with the overwhelming support from our community, means more than words can express.

Please Note: There is a wedding scheduled at the hill that weekend, so Mitch’s celebration will be held strictly outdoors. The bar, food, restrooms, and everything you will need will be available outside only. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we honor Mitch while also respecting the wedding taking place. Cash only but ATM will be onsite.

Thank you all for your love, prayers, and support during this incredibly difficult time. We hope you’ll join us in raising a glass, sharing stories, and celebrating the life of a man who meant so much to so many.
