Discovery Dancers are learning the proper technique for holding planks, hollow bodies, wall sits, and more. Learning how to do these things helps them with leg, back, and core strength, which are key elements in handstands and cartwheels.

They are learning how to do forward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands.
