Meditation this week has been on control.
We can only control ourselves, yet we still try to control others, outcomes, future events……..
Sometimes we just need to shut down, enter into stillness, to find a place to rest. Allow the silence to create this space.
To not react to “expectation”, of ourselves and definitely not others. This breeds cynicism. To release limits. And set boundaries.
May you find yourself in a still, quiet place this weekend to reset. To gather your thoughts and process where you are.
To gather strength to move forward.
And when you feel ready, gently open your eyes, set your sights. Move forward in love.
