Take time for yourself while your little one joins the fun. Whether they’re flowing beside you, exploring the play space, or doing a little of both, this class is designed so you can move your body without needing to find a babysitter.

What an incredible morning. 💙

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to our Back-to-School Yoga & School Supply Drive this Saturday. Because of this amazing community, we collected a truckload of school supplies for Beverly’s Angels to help local students start the school year with confidence.

We’re so grateful to everyone who helped make this event possible:

✨ August is here, and we’ve got so much to look forward to at Care By Yas! ✨

From celebrating back to school, to our End of Summer Sale (happening now through August 15th!), this month is packed with exciting moments.

The event I’m most excited about: our vendor collaboration with Fit & Flow Mom Club 🤍

Join us on August 18th from 10 AM–12 PM for a Mommy & Me Sculpt + Flow class at Forever Grounded Coffee. Moms will enjoy a fun, low-impact workout while their little ones are entertained with engaging activities. It’s the perfect way to move your body, connect with other moms, and enjoy some quality time together; all in one place!

✈️ I’ll also be out of office August 21st–25th providing travel care, so be sure to book any childcare needs in advance!

Some of us are pregnant.
Some are healing after having a baby.
Some are chasing toddlers all day.
Some finally found 30 minutes to move their body.
Some are just trying to make it through today.

None of those seasons are “better” than the others.

You don’t have to be the strongest, the fittest, or have it all together to belong here. You just have to show up as you are.

Tell me I’m not the only one. 😂

Some days my brain decides that practicing inversions is somehow more urgent than folding laundry… and honestly? Sometimes it is.

Because taking 10 minutes to move your body doesn’t make you less productive…it usually helps you come back with a little more patience, energy, and sanity.
