Lactic acid training. Jump cx :30/:30 8 rounds 5:00 rest and do another 8 rounds. I like these to bridge the gap into speed endurance training. When i can bang out 2 sets i know im ready to train longer sprints.

has been a mainstay at BT for years... an incredible hs career a and now an all american as a sophomore... im not suprised when the guy takes the train 1.5 hours each way to train success find guys that put in that work.
