Job Description:
Minimum 3 years of Quick Books experience preferably manufacturing and Wholesale version
QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions: Manufacturing and Wholesale is a MUST
Excellent Excel skills
Accounts Receiving and Accounts Payable
Reconcile monthly bank statements, credit cards statements
Able to complete customer payment process.
Handle PO’s and small reorders
Be able to interact with customers through email, phone or in person
Team player- get along well with others and have a true understanding of teamwork

Boatmaster is hiring 10 new employees for our manufacturing facility. These openings are in our production shop. This is a full-time position with opportunity for potential growth. Monday through Friday 6am -4pm. Pay is based on experience. This position will usually have 2 to 5 hours of overtime weekly and involves being on your feet most of the day.
