We are sending out the information below regarding the hearing date to remove the Chiquita Lock. The more people that attend this meeting in person or by Zoom will show our yacht club support for the removal.

FINAL HEARING FOR CHIQUITA LOCK
The Hearing before the Administrative Judge for removal of the Chiquita lock will take place on the dates below.
The hearing will take place at the Lee County Justice Center, Courtroom 5G, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida. The proceedings will begin at 9:00 am.
The courtroom can accommodate 130 people and we would like to see as many supporters of the removal of the lock attend the hearing in person to show the judge of the public interest.
If you cannot attend in person you can attend by Zoom call, the instructions are below. We encourage you to attend part or all the hearing since the more people we have attending will demonstrate the support for removal of the lock to save the Manatee.
