Congratulations to these five amazing girls on passing their VERY FIRST U.S. Figure Skating Skating Skills Test! 🏅💙

This is more than just passing a test. It’s the beginning of a journey filled with hard work, determination, growth, and so many exciting possibilities. Every skater starts with a first step on the ice, and today, these girls have taken an important step toward their future goals.

There will be challenges to overcome, new skills to master, goals to chase, and accomplishments to celebrate along the way. Someday, they’ll look back on this first test and remember where it all began. ✨

Today, it’s their first test. Tomorrow, it could be another milestone, a new level, a competition, or a dream they haven’t even imagined yet! 💫

Adelyn, Emma, Alyssa, Moa, and Katherine — be proud of yourselves! Keep working hard, keep believing in yourselves, and never stop dreaming big. Your skating stories are just beginning, and we can’t wait to see all the amazing things you accomplish!

A HUGE congratulations to JULIA G on passing her Gold Dance Test! ⛸️ She is now officially recognized as a Double Gold Medalist in Skating Skills and Dance by U.S. Figure Skating 🇺🇸

This incredible achievement is a testament to years of dedication, determination, and countless hours of hard work. Julia, you should be so proud of everything you’ve accomplished to reach this milestone!

Just in from USFSA!! Be on the look out when the competition link is ready on Nov 15th

As we begin preparing for the inaugural National Showcase Series, we would like to bring another exciting development to your attention. This past season, we introduced a new registration flow for Showcase duet/trio, inflatable, mini production and production ensemble events. After a successful trial run, we are ready to roll this out to all competitions offering those events moving forward.



Any competition taking place on or after January 1, 2027, that is offering duet/trio, inflatable, mini production and/or production ensemble events will now use this new Showcase team registration flow. A second portal will be needed for this team registration flow. Please reach out to Member Services if you plan on offering any of the above-mentioned events, and we will create the portal and grant access to the LOC to begin setting up.



Skaters will need to create a new Showcase team via Members Only for any of the above listed events. Even if their “team” is a team of two (duets/trios) or a team of one (inflatables), they will need to form their team and register for those events via the Competition Registration – Teams option in EMS. Instructions for creating a Showcase team can be found here. We encourage you to provide these instructions in your competition announcements, along with the team registration instructions that are listed in the standard non-qualifying announcement.



Please note that while your competitions are part of the Showcase Series, there is no requirement to also offer these Showcase team events. If you do plan to offer these extra events and have questions on the new process, please do not hesitate to contact [email protected].
