As a non-profit, our mission is to create a safe environment for girls to develop their baseball skills through clinics, camps, leagues and tournaments and to provide learning opportunities to explore other facets of the game where they can pursue their passion.

Cool Moment of Cooperstown #767 ⚾️💙

Talk about a full-circle moment. 🥹

Coach Kaija Bazzano was a member of one of our original Evolution teams—and she was also part of the Baseball For All team that made history as the first all-girls team to play at Dreams Park Baseball

Fast forward to this year, and Kaija returned to Cooperstown as a coach, helping the next generation of Evolution girls make a little history of their own. 💪⚾️

And then came this moment…

While visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame ⚾, we found Kaija’s photo on the wall alongside SIX of her former Evolution teammates. 🤯

From playing for Evolution ➡️ breaking barriers at Dreams Park ➡️ being honored in the Baseball Hall of Fame ➡️ coming back to coach the girls following in her footsteps.

This is what Evolution is all about.
Girls seeing what’s possible because of the girls and women who came before them. 💙⚾️

Pretty special to watch it all come full circle.

COOPERSTOWN, YOU WERE SOMETHING SPECIAL. ❤️⚾️

Evolution Girls Baseball came to Cooperstown Dreams Park ready to compete — and these girls made HISTORY.

🔥 9th place out of 104 teams
🔥 The ONLY all-girls team in the tournament
🔥 The highest finish by an all-girls team in Cooperstown history

But what happened this week was about so much more than where we finished.

These girls became a team that everyone wanted to watch. People filled the stands. Players, coaches, families and even the umpires celebrated them. Everywhere they went, people were cheering them on — not simply because they were girls playing baseball, but because they could flat-out PLAY.

They competed. They battled. They picked each other up. They played with confidence, toughness and joy — and they proved they belonged on that field.

To every person who packed the stands, stopped our players to congratulate them, cheered from across the park, or showed these girls that what they were doing mattered — thank you. They felt it. We felt it.

And to our players: we could not possibly be more proud of you. You represented Evolution Girls Baseball and girls everywhere who love this game with class, grit and heart.

The future of girls baseball is bright — and this group just gave everyone at Cooperstown a glimpse of it. ❤️⚾️

The Evolution Girls Baseball Cooperstown 12U squad put together a complete team performance today, defeating the Ocean State Outlaws 17-0 in a perfect game at Cooperstown Dreams Park!

💥 4 home runs
💥 0 errors
💥 0 hits allowed
💥 0 runs allowed

A huge shoutout to our pitching staff of Charlotte H. and Lily B., who combined for a PERFECT GAME—retiring every batter they faced and giving Ocean State no opportunities to reach base. Charlotte set the tone with three scoreless innings, and Lily closed the door in relief. What an incredible accomplishment!

Offensively, the bats were on fire:
🏆 Ellie W. launched TWO home runs.
🏆 Nellie W. and Blakely O. each added a homer.
🏆 Nellie W. led the team with 4 RBIs.
🏆 Emma H., Savannah O., Ellie W., and Sophie V. each collected multiple hits.

Perhaps most impressive, this team played clean, confident baseball from first pitch to final out, committing zero errors while making every routine and difficult play look easy.

These girls didn’t just win—they showcased the power, skill, and excitement of girls baseball on one of the biggest youth baseball stages in the world.

Evolution 12U takes it 7–6 after Lily came through with the game-tying hit, followed by Malia’s walk-off home run in the bottom of the 6th!

Nellie got the home run party started earlier in the game, making it two homers on the day and one unforgettable finish. ⚾️❤️💙
