Hi everyone! I’m not sure if anyone’s seeing these posts as I’ve had some say they aren’t getting the notifications so hopefully this reaches you!

We’ve had some time off but let’s get back to business and get our workouts in! Come workout with me tomorrow at 8:15am in The Island Tennis Courts!

Good morning, everyone! I hope you all are doing fabulous! I wasn’t able to have classes last week because of my sons baseball games. They are now on Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings 😬plus some Sunday afternoons. But who wants to come to a class this weekend?!

This Saturday his game is at 9:15am, which means I’d need to have class at 8am at the latest. Or I can do Sunday morning at the normal 8:15. Which would you prefer? It’s just a 15 min difference so hopefully Saturday still works. For next week I can teach on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Can you message me or comment below what you’d prefer for this weekend? And if you’d be interested in any of those weeknights next week?

I definitely need a for sure headcount so I know if I have enough attendees so please let me know! Thank you!

I would like to do a class tonight but want to get a headcount first to see if I have enough interest. Can you please comment below or message me if you’d like to go? If I have 4-5+ I’ll teach the class.

Also! I won’t be here this coming weekend through next weekend. So there won’t be any Saturday classes Feb 25th and March 4th and then no weekday classes next week.
