I have had the pleasure of knowing Madison Claudy for at least 10 years. First, as a parent whose children swam on the same club team and summer swim league with her then as she was hired by our summer swim team's board while I was its Board Chair. She coached our summer swim team for four years. First as a volunteer junior coach, part-time assistant coach, and the last two years as a full-time assistant coach. Her passion for the sport and children is something that can not be taught but is ingrained in her. She loves helping kids learn to be independent, safe, and confident swimmers. Our team even created an award in her honor because not only is she an incredible swim instructor and coach but she is also an incredible person who makes sure every child feels valued and is never left out.

Hi! My name is Madison Claudy and I will be offering private swim lessons this summer in the Fort Myers, FL area. I will be a junior in college this coming semester, and I am turning 21 next month. I have been teaching swim lessons for almost 7 years now. I am a college swimmer myself and have experience with ages 2 and up. I have also coached swim teams in the past as well. After being in the Charlotte, NC area most of my life, my family has recently relocated to FL. I really enjoyed all of the families I coached and did private lessons for in the past, but now I am looking forward to helping new families here.

A little bit about the lessons:
*Each private lesson is 30 minutes
* I can teach beginner skills all the way up to helping kids who swim competitively improve specific techniques they need help with.
* My philosophy is that learning to swim is a necessary survival skill, but should also be fun, so I try to make it an enjoyable experience.
* The lessons can be in your backyard pool or even community pool if allowed.
