Dee Duquette will lead Qigong and tai chi exercises, and demonstrate tai chi doulble fan.

Free to the public! No experience needed.

Wear loose clothing, no flip flops or sandals.

Bring water, sunglasses, hat, etc.

BREATHE, MOVE, MEDITATE IN A NATURAL ATMOSPHERE THAT ONLY MOTHER NATURE CAN PROVIDE.

PARK IN LOT 3, AND GO TO SHELTER B3.
AFTER PARKING, WALK AWAY FROM THE ENTRANCE, LOOK LEFT, THERE WILL BE A POND. WALK TOWARDS IT. WE WILL MEET THERE.
