-After School Kids MMA, this is a perfect environment for each child to learn discipline, develop confidence, grow their internal and external strength all while having fun in a safe environment.

-Women's Kickboxing and self-defense. This new addition to our schedule has shown an increasing interest for women looking for a great workout, sense of strength and power all while surrounded by awesome, friendly piers!

Kali is more than learning how to use a stick.

It’s about learning to move, adapt, and understand the space between you and your opponent.

In this short session, we’re exploring the flow between roof, umbrella, and wing movements. Not memorizing a sequence, but developing timing, angles, footwork, distance, and the ability to transition naturally from one movement into the next.

This is the kind of training we focus on at Martial Arts Student.

Real martial arts isn’t about collecting techniques.

It’s about developing a body and mind that know what to do when things change.
