With more than 43 years of food service experience and 27 years as an Executive Chef, Chef Robert brings a wealth of culinary knowledge, leadership, and creativity to our Club. His impressive background includes serving as Campus Executive Chef at Ave Maria University and Resort Executive Chef at the Sanibel Harbour Marriott.
Chef Robertโs passion for exceptional dining, diverse cuisines, and innovative flavors will bring fresh inspiration to our Grill Room menus, catering, and banquet experiences. We are excited to see the creativity and expertise he will bring to Heritage Palms!
