Here is the City of Palms Pickleball Club Membership Form! Please fill this out and submit it to be registered as an official member. If you have a partner, friend, or spouse who plans on playing as well, they need to fill out and submit their own form for membership.

Greetings fellow dinkers! Thank you for your interest in joining the City of Palms Pickleball Club! As the club is currently in its infancy stages, you're getting in on the ground floor and we couldn't be more excited for you to be a part of all our amazing plans for the future. Right now, your support and patience are extremely important, so we highly encourage you to share this page with others and help us build a strong community foundation. Our goal is to be the perennial pickleball organization in Southwest Florida and that all starts with you. We need active and engaged members to make this truly special and set the standard for pickleball clubs.
