Unplanned, we ended up at the same Koa on our trip back down south.

The Yamas focus on restraint. The 1st of the 5 Yamas is Ahimsa or non-violence.

Ahimsa means not only do no harm to others but also no negative self talk.

On a deeper level, Ahimsa means creating balance, courage, and developing compassion for yourself & others.

Ahimsa Paramo Dharma means
Non-violence is the Highest Moral Virtue
