Our Forest Country Club members have enjoyed another great summer of golf, travel, and good company! This year, our men’s and ladies’ golf trips took us to Sand Valley, Wisconsin; Santa Fe, New Mexico; Scotland; Palm Harbor, Florida; and Pinehurst, North Carolina.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make each trip so memorable. We’re already looking forward to more great golf, new destinations, and plenty of fun together in summer 2027!

Last Wednesday, our team had the chance to visit the Cheney Brothers warehouse and test kitchen in Punta Gorda! Carlos, DeMichael, Sara, Olivia, and Chef Drew toured the facility and most importantly, got a taste of what could be coming your way this season.

They spent time in the test kitchen sampling new products, exploring fresh ideas, and looking for exciting ways to make your dining experience even better. We can’t reveal everything just yet, but we’re excited for you to see (and taste!) what we have in store this season.

⛳ Eight Months of the Bear!

Eight months ago, we officially opened the Bear Course and what an incredible eight months it’s been!

Since opening day, the course has continued to mature beautifully, and we’re so proud of the incredible feedback we've received along the way.

Today, we’re reliving the grand opening and some of the moments that made it such a special day! Here’s to eight months of the Bear and many more unforgettable rounds to come!

🎾 26 years later, and Fred is still serving up excellence!

For 26 years, Fred has been an incredible part of our tennis community and if you’ve ever stepped onto the court with him, you know exactly why he’s so loved.

His experience speaks for itself:

✨ Represented Zambia as both a player and captain of the Davis Cup Team
✨ Recognized as one of Southwest Florida’s top tennis professionals

⛳ Longtime Forest members Jeff Lumsden, Keith Stephenson, Dan McConlogue, and Pete Connor enjoyed a great day on the Bobcat course with greens rolling at 11.3 in August! The round was topped off with great camaraderie back at the Club, where friendships are just as memorable as the golf.
