One of our favorite traditions at the tournament happens after the fish hit the dock.

Fresh fish caught that same day is cleaned, prepped, cooked right on site, and served up as fish tacos and these are the guys who make it happen.

They spend hours behind the grill making sure everyone gets fed, and somehow have a damn good time doing it.

We couldn’t do it without them.

From the Gulf to the grill. Fresh doesn’t get much better than that.
