Alright, Sic Fam…here’s the split for our bootcamp classes in our Sic Fit Room 🔥💪🏼 You have two opportunities to train that upper body, two for lower, and two more to hit every major muscle group with our Full Body Fridays and Saturdays.
We created the class times so you could double up if you wanted to — popping over to or from your Sic Ride. And you guys definitely understood the assignment 🤝
As Sic Fit continues to grow, please be courteous of class transition times as we move quickly from one room to the next. Thank you guys for continuing to show up, work hard, and help us build something so special together 🤘🏼
