đź’Ş MOVE OF THE WEEK: PULL-UPS đź’Ş
Pull-ups are one of the best exercises you can do to build real, functional strength. They don’t just work your arms. They challenge your entire upper body and core while improving grip strength, posture, and overall athletic performance.
✨ Why you should add pull-ups to your routine:
✔️ Builds a stronger back and shoulders
✔️ Strengthens your biceps and forearms
✔️ Improves grip strength
✔️ Engages your core for better stability
✔️ Helps improve posture by strengthening the muscles that support your spine
Can’t do one yet? You’re not alone!
Every strong pull-up started with someone who couldn’t do one.
Start with:
• Dead hangs to build grip strength
• Scapular pull-ups to learn proper shoulder engagement
• Resistance band-assisted pull-ups
• Negative pull-ups (slowly lowering yourself down)
• Lat pulldowns to build the same movement pattern
🎯 This week’s challenge:
Add just 3 sets of pull-up practice to your workouts this week. Focus on good form and consistency instead of chasing reps. Small improvements add up faster than most people realize.
Remember: Progress isn’t measured by where you start. It’s measured by showing up and getting a little stronger every week.

Can you do a pull-up? If so, how many? If not, what’s your goal?
