Well since you asked what's on my mind😂🤣.........
I think Tina tried to kill me this morning😆🤭 just kidding.
Tina pushed me that extra step, when I thought I was done she pushed me for another five reps.
Seriously, deciding to start going to Form & Function Fitness and start training there and also bringing Dillon along with me IS THE BEST DECISION I could have made.
I am so excited to see the journey Dillon is on with not only his weight but his confidence along with his Fitness level.
I needed help when it came to him, so I asked and now we're moving forward.🥰
Tina has that heart, she has the passion to help others and get them past on what is holding them back.🩵💙
