🎉 CTE Month Spotlight – Industrial Maintenance 🎉

During Career and Technical Education Month, we are proud to spotlight Mr. Tohonnon Nicholson, CTE Industrial Maintenance instructor at Russell County High School! 🔧

Mr. Nicholson teaches Industrial Maintenance, where students gain hands-on experience in technical skills, equipment systems, troubleshooting, and workplace safety. His instruction prepares students for high-demand careers in manufacturing, skilled trades, and industrial operations.

In addition to the classroom, Mr. Nicholson also serves as our Wrestling Coach and Chess Coach, mentoring students in discipline, strategy, and perseverance both on the mat and in competition.

Thank you, Mr. Nicholson, for your dedication to CTE and for investing in our students inside and outside the classroom!

Saturday was a good day. Went to FUJI BJJ Montgomery Championship and each competitor received medals. Then got home and my wife surprised me with a birthday party with family and friends!

Wife's message: Im glad I got rid of him for the day so I could pull the party together. I missed all my babies compete, but definitely there in spirit! Proud of all we do both on the mat and off!
