It was great catching up with J Brittany Wallace this past weekend! Former D1 and professional basketball player, turned author. Her book, Books, Ball & Beyond truly emphasizes what our program is about — which is balancing life as a student-athlete!

It’s also been very insightful listening to her podcasts 21 Titles, where she takes an inside look at the business of sports and women’s basketball today!

This team right here is the backbone of our program!!

Each person on this coaching staff has volunteered their time to provide the team with a platform to play the game they love. Balancing work, parenthood, school and life…each of them consistently gave their energy to support and encourage these girls!

THANK YOU to Coach Cedric, Coach Brittney and Coach Slay for the many hours of on-court lessons.

THANK YOU to Coach Brad and Coach Harry for balancing time with school to come help develop the team’s skills.

And Pei (me!) just trying to keep everything together and running smoothly so these kids can continue having fun while learning and playing!

This is the Carolina Sting family that we are building. Excited to keep building and growing! 💜🩵🩷

That’s an official wrap of the spring 2026 season for our 12U squad! 2nd season together and the growth has been amazing to see!!

Finished out the last two tournaments as runner-ups in the Championship games. Playing up against 7th graders was not easy, but they went out and battled until the final second!! So proud of all the girls, every single person on this team played a vital role.

Watching these young ladies learn more about the game, while growing into great young ladies & teammates have been priceless!

Last tournament of the Spring season!! Leave it all out on the court, have fun out there ladies! Go Sting! 🐝
