Lots of big milestones lately!

From birthdays to anniversaries, we’re thankful for each and every one of you. We appreciate your dedication, consistency, and the opportunity to celebrate these special moments alongside you.

There were so many birthdays and anniversaries this month that we couldn’t fit everyone in the photos, but know that we’re celebrating all of you.

Regina stepped on the scanner frustrated and said, “I need to make a change.

So we simplified everything.

For the past few weeks, she’s focused on one thing:
real, whole foods.

No shortcuts. No medications.
Just consistent training, food logging, and better daily choices.

And the result?
Down 5+ pounds of body fat — in less than a month.

But we’re not in the business of just chasing numbers—especially quick fixes.

A 30-day challenge can be powerful…
but day 31 matters more.

The real win is what she’s learned along the way—
how to plan ahead, read labels, stay consistent, and understand what her body responds to.

Because that’s what actually creates lasting results.

At Catalyst, we keep it simple:
eat mostly whole, minimally processed foods and stay consistent.
