The Life of Strength takes on A Very Merry Liftmas 6! Both @(sav’s handle) and (my handle) lifters (and the others they helped out behind the scenes) had exceptional days and we couldn’t be prouder of the whole crew.

Savannah’s Lifters:
Krystal - 1st place, Women’s Raw open 90kg sub-master 277.5kg total

Alec - 1st place, Men’s Raw Junior (13-15) 110kg, 410kg total

Nick’s Lifters:
Rich - 2nd place, Men’s Raw Open 110kg, 607.5kg total

Shoutout to and @(whatever the PLU sc/nc handle is) for running a fantastic meet! We’ll see ya’s in March!

Fri Dec 5th 4-8pm unpacking and loading up dog food - 8633 Old Plank Rd, Charlotte, NC 28216

Sat Dec 6th 1pm unloading dog food and getting everything out for operation warm up - 1491 Business Park Ct, Gastonia, NC 28052
