Kenny Platt began training horses as a professional in 2006. As a youth, Kenny and his mother, Paula Platt, traveled to local shows all over the country. Kenny has been mentored by people such as Matt Rava, Lloyd Cox, and Barbara Schulte. Kenny's achievements include winning the Super Stakes in April 2016, being a multiple NCHA Futurity Finalist, being champion of both the Brazos Futurity and the

Idaho Futurity, and many local titles such as the WSCHA Futurity champion. Kenny specializes in the training of Aged Event horses, but also trains many Non Pros and Amateurs, along as older horses for the Open level competition also. KPCH is located 45 minutes north of Denver, in the city of Fort Lupton Colorado.

Some horses come into your life and change it forever. Today, we are beyond proud to celebrate the induction of ๐—ง๐—ผ๐—ผ ๐—›๐—ผ๐˜ ๐—ง๐—ผ ๐—ง๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ด into the NCHA Horse Hall of Fame!

"Hush Puppy" has proven time and time again that he is a once-in-a-lifetime athlete. The NCHA Open Futurity Championship is the dream of every horseman in this sport. He made that dream a reality and gave us something we will never forget.

Kenny has said that this horse owes him nothing. That says everything! What Hushpuppy has already given us is something truly special, and today's honor is a reflection of just how extraordinary he is.

A massive and heartfelt thank you to his owners, JH Nail Ranch, for trusting Kenny with this incredible gelding and for letting us be part of his story.
