Every yoga practice carries two energies: the sun and the moon, the fire and the flow, the doing and the being. In this two-part workshop series, we slow down and go deep into the foundational sequences that have anchored yoga practice for centuries.

Weekend one explores Surya Namaskar, the Sun Salutation, building heat, awakening strength, and finding the breath that carries you through challenge. Weekend two moves into Chandra Namaskar, the Moon Salutation, a lateral, cooling sequence that teaches surrender, spaciousness, and the wisdom of the other half of yourself.

Both workshops include Sanskrit names and their meanings, breath guidance, modifications for every body type, and the philosophy woven through each pose. One registration. Two weekends. One complete practice.

What a great day for our Youth Advisory Committee crew!

Last week, the Youth Advisory Council completed their annual service project by delivering donations to Soul Dog Rescue . Thank you to everyone who helped collect items and support such an amazing organization making a difference for animals in need.

After dropping off donations, the group also had the opportunity to attend the City Council Meeting and learn more about local leadership and community involvement. We love seeing our youth give back, stay engaged, and represent our community so well.

Way to go, YAC!
